The outside: keyed knob
The 607 SSET is an entrance lock: keyed on the outside, with a button on the inside. A tubular latch passes through the door between the two knobs.

The inside: button and fixings
Turned around, the inside knob carries the button, and the inside rose is screwed through the door into the outside chassis. The latch face sits on the door edge.
