Which sizes and thicknesses do you make?
- Leaf size is stated per model in inches and millimeters — 4" × 3" is the most common — in the materials Stainless steel, Iron, 304 Stainless Steel, Brass. Leaf thickness is stated per model, and several sizes are made to order for a project quantity.
Ball bearing or plain bearing?
- Both are in the range. Ball-bearing hinges are specified for heavy leaves and doors in constant use, such as corridors and fire doors with closers; plain-bearing hinges suit residential doors. The bearing type is on the model's record, and the same size is usually offered in both.
Which finishes can I order hinges in?
- Stainless hinges are supplied satin or polished from the base metal. Brass and steel hinges are plated — polished brass, satin brass, antique brass, antique copper and chrome are the codes on the records, with other finishes to order — and the finish code goes on the order line with the size.
What do you need from me to quote?
- The model numbers or a drawing, the finish, the quantity per model and the destination port. Minimum order and lead time are confirmed per line; most models fall between 300 and 5,000 pieces, and production starts at 30 days from order confirmation. Samples are available before a production order.
