How buyers specify lock cylinders
Euro profile lock cylinders in solid brass, single, double and thumbturn, supplied keyed to differ, keyed alike or as a master-key system for a whole project. Buyers order by overall length and split; the 45 models here are made and pinned in our own factory, and we supply them as the manufacturer to wholesale distributors, locksmiths and project contractors.
Which lengths and splits are available?
- Published lengths run 30–80mm. The split is chosen from the door thickness and the trim on each side; our euro cylinder calculator works it out from those two figures, and the length goes on the order line.
Can you supply them keyed alike or master keyed?
- Yes. Keyed alike, keyed to differ in groups, and master-key hierarchies from one master down to change keys are cut to a keying schedule agreed before production. The schedule cannot be changed after the cylinders are pinned without new cylinders.
What do you need from me to quote?
- The model numbers or a drawing, the finish, the quantity per model and the destination port. Minimum order and lead time are confirmed per line; most models fall between 300 and 5,000 pieces, and production starts at 30 days from order confirmation. Samples are available before a production order.
