Sheet 3 is a worked example of a small three-level building. Copy its pattern rather than inventing a format.
Two things decide the whole chart and are worth settling first: every cylinder in one system shares a keyway, and that cannot be changed later; and the number of keys each level needs, including the spares the building owner holds.
Cylinder lengths in the dropdown are the 9 the catalogue carries. Only 10 of the 45 published cylinders state the length as a specification, so confirm the exact overall length with us for the model you settle on.

Worked example — copy this pattern

A small three-level building. Three levels is what most buildings need; showing five here would quietly recommend five.

Two rows above are the ones buyers most often get wrong. G-04 is opened by the grand master ONLY — say so explicitly, because a door left blank gets the floor master by default. 2-07 counts the contractor's keys in the key column; keys nobody counted are the usual reason a chart has to be redrawn.
