| Your own numbering — whatever is on the drawing | Room or area name | Floor, department or tenancy this door belongs to | Every key level that must open this door | Leave blank if you want us to propose one | Overall length. We confirm it for the model you choose | e.g. 35/35. Depends on door thickness — see our note on length and split | How many keys for this door alone | ||
Fill in what you know and leave the rest. We would rather have the schedule with gaps than wait for a complete one.
A small three-level building. Three levels is what most buildings need; showing five here would quietly recommend five.

| G-01 | Main entrance | Building | GMK, MK-G | 70 | 35/35 | Satin Stainless | 2 | Glazed door, check thickness | |
| G-04 | Server room | Building | GMK only | 70 | 35/35 | Satin Stainless | 2 | Must NOT open on floor master | |
| 1-02 | Office 102 | Floor 1 | GMK, MK-1 | 65 | 30/35 | Satin Stainless | 1 | ||
| 1-03 | Office 103 | Floor 1 | GMK, MK-1 | 65 | 30/35 | Satin Stainless | 1 | ||
| 2-01 | Meeting room | Floor 2 | GMK, MK-2 | 65 | 30/35 | Polished Brass | 3 | Shared with tenant | |
| 2-07 | Cleaners' store | Floor 2 | GMK, MK-2, cleaning contractor | 65 | 30/35 | Satin Stainless | 4 | Contractor keys counted here |
Two rows above are the ones buyers most often get wrong. G-04 is opened by the grand master ONLY — say so explicitly, because a door left blank gets the floor master by default. 2-07 counts the contractor's keys in the key column; keys nobody counted are the usual reason a chart has to be redrawn.
